Tet bonuses in Thanh Hoa are large, the highest is over 500 million VND

Thanh Hoa – According to the report of the authorities, the highest Tet bonus in 2026 inThanh Hoais over 500 million VND, belonging to the private enterprise sector.

On December 25, information from the Department of Home Affairs of Thanh Hoa province said that the unit had compiled the labor situation, salary in 2025 and the plan to reward for the 2026 New Year and the 2026 Lunar New Year at enterprises in the area.

According to the report, there are 4,023 enterprises of all types, employing more than 312,000 workers, that have submitted reports on 2025 wages and 2026 Tet bonus plans.

Specifically, at 8 LLCs with 100% state capital, with 4,577 employees, the average salary in 2025 will reach 7.9 million VND/month; the highest is 46.9 million VND/month, the lowest is 5.6 million VND/month.

The 2026 Lunar New Year bonus is expected to be an average of VND800,000/person, the highest is VND2 million, the lowest is VND200,000. Binh Ngo Lunar New Year bonus is an average of 3 million VND/person, the highest is 35 million VND, the lowest is 600,000 VND.

For 9 enterprises with controlling shares and capital contributions from the State, with 4,844 employees, the average salary in 2025 will reach 10.1 million VND/month; the highest is 68.2 million VND/month, the lowest is 5 million VND/month.

The 2026 Lunar New Year bonus is expected to be an average of 2.4 million VND/person, the highest is 58.3 million VND, the lowest is 300,000 VND. Binh Ngo Lunar New Year bonus is an average of 10.6 million VND/person, the highest is 58.3 million VND, the lowest is 250,000 VND.

The private enterprise sector includes 3,904 units, with 103,748 employees, with an average salary in 2025 of 7.6 million VND/month; highest is 503.1 million VND/month, lowest is 3.45 million VND/month.

On the occasion of the 2026 New Year, 3,694 enterprises with 98,620 employees reported Tet bonuses, an average of VND500,000/person, the highest is VND100 million, the lowest is VND50,000.
On the occasion of the Lunar New Year of Binh Ngo, there are 3,716 enterprises with more than 100,000 employees, with an average bonus of 3.5 million VND/person, the highest is 503.1 million VND, the lowest is 200,000 VND.

For the foreign-invested enterprise sector, including 102 units with 198 9.88 employees, the average salary in 2025 will reach 7.9 million VND/month; the highest is 356.7 million VND/month, the lowest is 3.5 million VND/month.

During the 2026 New Year, 92 units with 185,823 employees reported Tet bonuses, an average of VND300,000/person, the highest is VND9.6 million, the lowest is VND50,000.

Binh Ngo Lunar New Year bonus in this block is expected to be an average of 5.7 million VND/person, the highest is 169 million VND, the lowest is 100,000 VND.
